Yes. We use Google OAuth2 for secure authentication. Your emails are fetched and sent in real-time directly through Google APIs. We do not store your email content, messages, or attachments on our database. In addition, domain-level security restrictions prevent accidental cross-domain data leakage by default.
No. If they do not have a standard seat, you can create a Google Cloud Identity Free account for them and map it to onleeDesk. They can read and write emails from the shared mailbox without needing a paid Google Workspace license.
